Financial support may be available to graduate and undergraduate students who have submitted abstracts. To apply, students must send an email to studentaid@petrophase2023.org and include the following information: Name, School Name, Level, Major, Title of Abstract/Poster, Name of Advisor, and a link to a two-min video explaining the reasons to attend PetroPhase, and a brief presentation of their research (slides can be used to illustrate the work). By submitting this information, students grant the PetroPhase committee permission to share the information with current and prospective sponsors. Successful applicants also consent to use their submitted videos for conference fundraising, publicity, and other purposes to help achieve the conference aims. 

Cancelation Policy: Cancelation is allowed until April 7th, 2023 minus a 30% processing fee. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is possible, provided that advanced authorization is obtained from the organizing committee. Cancelations and substitutions must be requested in writing info@petrophase2023.org
